Misty Robots Return Policy
Customer can return within 60 days from the purchasing date with $150 restocking fee. The product will be returned to manufacturing service center. Shipping information and RMA obtaining procedure will be provided when the request is made. Please visit our Contact page for any inquiry.
Misty Robotics One-Year Limited Warranty:
This Misty II, as supplied and distributed by Misty Robotics and delivered new, in the original carton to the original purchaser, is warrantied by Misty Robotics to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

Products sold at Robot Wonderland have a limited refund policy or no-refund depending on the category of the products as described below:
1.Returnable products within 7 days should be unused, un-opened and in the original product packing box. Request for returning the unused product must be within 7 days from the purchased date. Please visit the Contact Us page to submit the request. The product will be refunded with product purchased price, tax but without the shipping cost. Customer also is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. This policy is applicable for most of physical products.
2.Returnable products within 60 days and with restocking fees specified per product will be returned to the manufacturer in the original product packing box. The returning product must be still in good condition without damages. Manufacturing defect is covered by the product warranty. Refund amount will be the purchased price less the restocking fee, without tax and shipping cost. Customer also is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. This policy is applicable for most of physical products of more expensive robots.
3.Non-returnable products cannot be returned nor refunded. These products are sold as is and final. This policy is applicable for all of software, robot programming software, robot repairs and services. This policy also is applicable for clearance, promotional and very low-cost physical products.
